My daughter was born with something a little EXTRA and chose me to be her mama. She has changed my perspective towards special needs, adoption and life and shown us what unconditional love truly means.

It’s my journey of unlearning, raising myself, following my child, and learning with her. In the past few years, I have learned about unconditional love, the beauty of being different, embracing your uniqueness, and how there is no such thing as NORMAL. Now, I am trying to change the perspective towards disability and normalize the idea of raising a kid with extra needs.
